1.       Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Java (JDK 6).

2.       Memahami kaidah OO dan OOSD.

3.       Menguasai framework Spring dan Struts.

4.       Menguasai Javascript, JSP, servlet, dan setidaknya salah satu application server (diutamakan JBoss).
