1. LEAD ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Requirements:
- S1 Engineer background
- 10 – 15 years of experience in similar field
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Good analytical thinking
- Good English & computer literate
2. SENIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL, MECHANICAL, PIPING, MATERIAL HANDLING, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENT, PLANNING)
Requirements:
- S1 Engineer background (in relevant study)
- 10 years of experience in similar field
- High endurance
- Good teamwork
- Highly motivated
- Good analytical thinking
- Good English & computer literate
3. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Requirements:
- S1 Mechanical Engineer
- 3 – 6 years of experience in similar field
- Strong motivation
- Good teamwork
- Willingness to learn
- High endurance
- Good English & computer literate
4. COST CONTROL
Requirements:
- S1 Degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in similar field
- Willingness to work at site
- High endurance
- High compliance
- Good communication skill
- Good English & computer literate
5. PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Requirements:
- S1 Engineer
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar field
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good English & computer literate
6. IMPORT & LOGISTICS OFFICER
Requirements:
- Female, min. D3 degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar field
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office
- Familiar on handling import & logistics
7. MINING ESTIMATORS
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience on site as a senior engineer role
- Min. 1 year of experience in estimating
- Good English & computer literate
- Good teamwork
8. SITE ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
- Male, max. 40 years old
- Min. 5 years of experience, preferably in mining company
- S1 degree
- Good knowledge of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relation
- Good negotiation skill
- Strong time management, ability to communicate effectively with all level management
- Willingness to stay at jobsite
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office), good English
9. SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Requirements:
- Female, good looking
- Min. D3 in Secretary ( Business Administration background is an advantage)
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar field
- Familiar with expatriate as superiors
- Good English & computer literate
- Good teamwork & communication skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
10. RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:
- Female, good looking
- Min. D3 from any background
- Min. 1 year experience as a receptionist
- Fluent in English, familiar with Microsoft Office program
- Initiative & able to work efficiently
- Good teamwork & communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Willingness to learn
