Our Client, a multinational isotonic beverages company is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

Administration Supervisor (Adm Spv - AIO)

Requirements

• Male/Female

• Max. 33 years old

• Hold S1 Graduate from reputable University majoring in accounting

• Have min 3 years relevant experience preferably from consumer goods field / distribution

• Good command of English

• Good interpersonal and leadership skill

· Based in Jakarta / Medan

Main Responsibility

· To supervise : A/R, Warehouse, Petty Cash & Other Branch Administration Function (GA & HR)

Accounting Manager (Acc M - INFRATECH)

Responsibilities:

•Making monthly, yearly report, and audit report using ACCPAC software

•Making company tax report

•Arrange and prepare monthly cashflow and yearly financial budget

Requirements:

•Female, max. 38 years old

•Minimum Hold Degree of Accounting

•Having same experience on managerial level minimum 5 years

•Has a good knowledge and ability on Indonesian Taxation regulation

•Must be able to operate ACCPAC software

•Fluent in English both written and oral

Business Services Bali 8 is a company based in Bali with business
offices currently in Seminyak, Jimbaran and Gianyar. Our services are
related to information technology, Internet and computer software &
hardware. Our clients include Bali Hai Cruises, the Viceroy Bali,
Vision 1 Bali and Rio Helmi Photography, among other prominant names
in Bali.

Our expanding company is looking to fill one position for Human
Resources Manager and two positions for Accounts Manager to work in
our Bali offices.

Requirements:
1) At least three years experience in the same or similar position at
a western-owned or western-managed company.
2) Excellent written and oral English.
3) Excellent interpersonal skills.
4) Excellent organisational skills.
5) Deep and clear understanding of Indonesian and Western culture.
6) Possesses initiative and drive, and delivers quality work efficiently.
7) This position is open to both Indonesian nationals and
non-Indonesian nationals.

Note: This position is a local package i.e. housing and other
allowances are not included in the renumeration, and renumeration is
according to local cost of living.
