Building Manager (BM)
-          Usia max. 35 tahun,
-          Menguasai Ms Office,
-          S1 T. Mesin/Elektro/Listrik,
-          Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang pengelolaan gedung perkantoran,
-          Memahami Building Management & mampu berkomunikasi baik dgn tenant.
 
Staff HRD (HRD)
 
-          Wanita, S1 Hukum, usia max. 30 tahun,
-          Pengalaman min 2 (dua) tahun pada posisi yang sama,
-          Menguasai hukum perburuhan dan UU PT,
-          Mampu membuat perjanjian dengan baik,
-          Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik,
-          Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan aktif,
-          Berpenampilan menarik dan ramah,
-          Diutamakan yang bertempat tinggal di daerah Jakarta Selatan.
 
Resepsionis (R)
 
-          Wanita, D1/D3, usia max. 30 tahun,
-          Pengalaman min 1 (satu) tahun pada posisi yang sama,
-          Menguasai sistem administrasi, korespondensi dan dokumentasi,
-          Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik,
-          Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan aktif,
-          Berpenampilan menarik dan ramah,
-          Diutamakan yang bertempat tinggal di daerah Jakarta Selatan.

1. Trainer for Heavy Dump Truck Operator ( 1 position)

2. Heavy Dump Truck Mechanic (1 position)

3. Storeman (5 positions)

Qualification for the above positions:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar position
- Sr. High School or Diploma degree
- Good English both speaking and writing
- Willing to be assigned to the remote area in Kalimantan, Sumatera and Papua

4.Secretary
- A Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the ame position
- Diploma degree in Secretarial
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and excellen communication skill
- Pleasant personality
