Syarat-syarat:

Laki-laki & perempuan maksimum 30 thn
Pendidikan Minimal D3/Politeknik atau S1.
Bahasa inggris (minimal pasif)
Motivasi belajar yang tinggi
Mencintai bidangnya, dan ingin bekerja pada bidangnya (engineering)
Cepat mempelajari hal-hal yang baru
Hobi membaca dan menulis
Diutamakan bagi yang berdomisili di Jakarta dan sekitarnya
