DIBUTUHKAN :

Untuk sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan gedung dan jasa lainnya di Bintaro.

BUILDING MANAGER (BM)

- Pria, usia max. 35 tahun,

- Menguasai Ms Office,

- S1 T. Mesin/Elektro/Listrik,

- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran,

- Memahami Building Management & mampu berkomunikasi baik dengan tenant

Senior Estimator (SE)

- Pria, usia maks. 35 tahun

- S1 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur

- Mengerti dan memahami pekerjaan Estimasi Bangunan (Perumahan maupun High rise Building)

- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik.

- Pengalaman min 3 (tiga) tahun pada bidang yang sama

TEKNISI ( TEK )

Kualifikasi :

- Pria, usia max. 30 tahun

- STM/D1/D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Listrik

- Mengerti sistem kelistrikan

- Mengerti sistem kerja AC, STP dan Genset

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer ( MS. Office )

- Bersedia kerja shift

- Pengalaman min.3 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran

URGENT!!

An Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction and Commissioning Company majoring in oil and gas industry is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional with excellent track record to fill positions of :

Sr. Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

· Male/Female, Minimum S1 Electrical Degree.

· Minimum 5 years experiences in oil & gas projects.

· Experience with electrical design & calculation.

· Familiar with related standard and codes.

· Familiar with ETAP, Luxicon, etc.

Sr. Piping Engineer

Requirements:

· Male/Female, Minimum S1 Mechanical Degree

· 5-7 years exp in detail design engineering.

· Experience to prepare data sheet/calculations, Valve datasheet, Piping specifications, Piping mateial class, Piping Tie-in, Piping wall thickness calculation, piping drawings, PID/UFD, and material selection for the project.

· Able to communicate in both written and spoken English.

Instrument Engineer

Requirements:

· Male/Female, S1 majoring in Electrical/Instrument engineering

· Familiar with instrument design in oil & gas industry.

· Morethan 3 years in similar position in oil & gas industry.

· Experience in instrumentation, such as flow meters, analyzers, gas chromatographs, etc.

· Willing to travel to overseas

Automation Engineer

Requirements:

· S1 majoring in Electrical/Instrument/Technical Industry engineering

· 5-7 years experience in similar position in oil & gas industry

· Familiar with control system hardware such as PLC & DCS, networking & communication and control & monitoring system

· Familiar with FAT/SAT Procedure ans commissioning procedure.

· Experience in PLC programming, MMI configuration, system integration and testing.

· Willing to travel to overseas

Calibration & Service Engineer

Requirements:

· S1 majoring in Electrical & Instrumentation

· 5-7 years experience in similar position in oil & gas industry

· Knowledgeable on installation, configuration, calibration and trouble shooting of industrial type instruments and analyzers

· Familiar with calibration, configuration and diagnostic tools, such as Dead weight Tester, Decade Resistance Box, Pressure Calibrators, Signal Generator/Calibrator, Communication, etc

· Familiar with oil & gas standard such as AGA, API, ISO, ASTM, etc

· Knowledge on common PLC`s and HMI
