Mission of Function :

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with products, solutions and services. Handles requests and provides customer service, guidance and support. Develops solutions to resolve problems. Pro-actively approaches customers to make sure the client's products and systems are preferred. This includes training, sales support, testing, engineering support, customizing applications and solutions, responding to customer inquiries and promoting products, solutions, and services.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Min. Bachelor of Engineering in either Electrical or  Mechanical
  2. Max. 30 years old
  3. 3-4 years in related field  preferably in BMS/HVAC (Building Management System/Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning) Industries
  4. Experience in trouble shooting & handling of customer complaints with project
  5. Product management experience preferred
  6. Willing to travelling around and outside Indonesia
  7. Work location is in Jakarta

1.Strong front sales background and proven record

2.Directs execute service / engineering activites. He/she is responsible for engineering requirements, cost control and quality completion of assigned tasks

Mobile Application Developer

 

Responsibilities:

The candidates will be responsible for developing new mobile application (e.g. Windows Mobile, UMPC or Apple iPhone) and/or be assigned to the project team to work on existing mobile related projects.

Job Scope:

  1. Perform software development duties assigned
  2. Drive requirement analysis, conceptive design, and formulation of architecture, implementation, system integration, testing, documentation and deployment of mobile applications/ systems in healthcare environments.
  3. Provide professional technical support in relation to the developed software program during the maintenance of the system.

 

Job Requirement

  • 1-2 years working experience developing mobile applications and/or embedded software using C# on .Net Compact Framework 2.0, Win API and Database for various Mobile OSes (e.g. Windows Mobile, Linux, etc) in particularly Windows Mobile
  • Able to communicate well in UML and do basic data modelling during design
  • Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills
  • Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) in software development
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment
