Sebuah perusahaan penanaman modal asing (PMA) yang sedang berkembang pesat yang bergerak di bidang alat-alat berat sedang mencari pribadi yang muda, dinamis, dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

JUNIOR TRAINER MEKANIK (TRN072)

Tugas-tugas:

· Mengembangkan dan memberikan materi pelatihan tentang alat-alat berat

· Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan tentang alat-alat berat

· Melakukan evaluasi dari program pelatihan alat-alat berat

Syarat-syarat:

1. Usia maksimum 30 tahun

2. Pendidikan minimal D 3 Otomotif/Listrik/Alat-alat berat

3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai trainer alat-alat berat minimal 2 tahun

4. Memahami prinsip dasar dan konsep pelatihan

5. Komputer dan IT literatur; Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan English

6. Memiliki daya konsentrasi yang baik, inisiatif, dan profesional

7. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan memfasilitasi orang lain dalam proses pelatihan.

8. Problem solver dan dapat bekerja secara team.

Our client, a Major IT vendor in Saudi Arabia currently seeking:

1.SAP PP, PP-PI Consultant

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum 5 plus years of Experience in PP, PP-PI.
Certified PP, PP-PI consultant with strong knowledge and experience in implementing the SAP PP, PP-PI module preferably in IS-OIL environment.
Strong Manufacturing background in IS-OIL environment.
Working knowledge and experience in Hydrocarbon management processes, Silo management processes.
Strong business experience in Oil and Gas sector (upstream and downstream).
Industry specific (IS-OIL) knowledge of developing optimised solution using APO interface with PP, PP-PI would be beneficial.
Good knowledge of integration points with other modules, for example, MM, SD, FI/CO etc.
Knowledge of product costing would be good.
Knowledge of Quality Management (QM) module would be advantageous.
Responsible for design and development of all related PP, PP-PI reporting requirements
Experience in design and development of all related PP, PP-PI Training Materials and involved in training end-users.
Experience in helping client's super users in design of new processes and transferring knowledge of SAP.

2.SAP SD, IS-Oil Consultant

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Certified SD consultant with strong knowledge and experience in implementing the SAP SD, TSW, module in IS-OIL environment.
Strong Manufacturing background in IS-OIL environment.
Working knowledge and experience in Hydrocarbon management processes, Silo management processes.
Strong business experience in Oil and Gas sector (upstream and downstream).
Industry specific (IS-OIL) knowledge of developing optimised solution Sales and Distribution (SD) using TSW and.
Good knowledge of integration points with other modules, for example, MM, PP, FI/CO etc.
Knowledge of profitability analysis would be good
Knowledge of Materials Management (MM) module would be advantageous.
Responsible for design and development of all related SD, TSW reporting requirements.
Experience in design and development of all related SD, TSW, Training Materials and involved in training end-users.
Experience in helping client's super users in design of new processes and transferring knowledge of SAP.
