  • Follow strategy for the execution of the allocated Projects scope in order to achieve the project performance goals.
  • Seeks new projects beside list projects given from us.
  • Provides adequate reporting to me such as customer, business partners and management.
  • Constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key performances indicators (KPI).
  • Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project.
  • Builds, leads and coaches a committed Project team that guarantees the highest level performance for the Project.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other engineering
  • Preferable from Rollformers
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Sex male or female
  • Age 27-32 years old
  • Customer focus and project time management oriented
  • Willing to travel in around Indonesia and abroad
  • Fluent in English and advance in MS Office
