Responsibilities:
- Follow strategy for the execution of the allocated Projects scope in order to achieve the project performance goals.
- Seeks new projects beside list projects given from us.
- Provides adequate reporting to me such as customer, business partners and management.
- Constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key performances indicators (KPI).
- Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project.
- Builds, leads and coaches a committed Project team that guarantees the highest level performance for the Project.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other engineering
- Preferable from Rollformers
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Sex male or female
- Age 27-32 years old
- Customer focus and project time management oriented
- Willing to travel in around Indonesia and abroad
- Fluent in English and advance in MS Office
