IT System Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities :
* Backup and Restoration of Database
* System health check
* System installation and Test
* Solving user question
* User problem analysis and categorizing
* System problem analysis and categorizing
* Provide Training to new user
* User requirement data collection and analysis
* User requirement validation, upgrade and update patches
Requirements:
* Holding Bachelor degree from Information Technology or other related field
* Having at least 2 years experience in basic software operation and maintenance
* Having basic experience in Java j2ee and bea weblogic middleware and knowledge in bea weblogic console
* Basic experience in Oracle system, knowledge in SQL coding and in PL/SQL client tools
* Good working attitude
