Our client is a reputable and well-established large conglomerate with key interest in diversified industries and recently ventured to real estate and property. As part of their expansion plans, they seek a dynamic and high calibre candidate to head an office building project. The position will be in two years contract period extendable and with the potential to assume the Building Manager role after the project's completion.
PROJECT Manager
Job Description:
* Prime activities are Front-End construction of high-rise office building prior to Final Investment Decision to ensure maximum value in attaining World Class Performance in terms of Safety, Cost, Schedule and Operability.
* Key liaison between internal business groups and contractors in ensuring technical specification deliverables.
* Execution and lead Project Execution Plans and control to ensure project is delivered successfully.
* Work with Project Group Team to produce Capital Estimates and Schedules.
* Demonstrated leadership in project management with good communications in English and interpersonal team playing skills.
General Requirements:
· Male maximum age 45 years old.
· Hold S1 degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university or S2 degree is preferred but not a must.
· Experience in high-rise office building construction.
· Minimum 8 years experience in building construction and property.
· Leadership and communication skill is a must.
· Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
