We are seeking for the dynamic and qualified
person to join our team as:

OPERATION SUPERVISOR (OP-SPV)

REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduate
- Speaks good english
- PC literate
- Able to work long hours and weekends
- Good coordination and negotiable skills
- Must be able to go to depot or port when needed
- Preferably above 30 years old
- Experience in Domestic Container Shipping Operations:
a) Agency and vessel sheduling & operatiopns.
b) Depot and container stock management
c) Able to lead and manage a team of field ops assistants
d) Negotiable with vendors

- Able to drive an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inventory
- Operation for trucking, cargo and vessel
- Monitoring trucking and keep co-ordinate with shipper
- Apoint local agent and stevedoring
- Keep co-ordinate with local agent and stevedore
- Make sure all container ready at port and loaded on board
- Monitoring for stuffing and make sure the tally are correct
- Make TDR and keep communication by e-mail
- Make loading confirmation after vessel sail out and fax to shippers
- After book truck then make trucking company list and base on trucking company list make
trucking cost every voyage
- Make disbursement cost after vessel sail out

MARKETING STAFF (MS)

REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduate
- Speaks good english
- PC literate

- Able to work long hours
- Good team player
- Result oriented, market savvy & independent
- Prefer minimum 2 years of freight forwading / domestic container shipping background
- Based in jakarta
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Service existing client and develop new accounts
- Liaise with customers for bookings, trucking and cargo delivery
- Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Marketing administration duties
