Senior Asset Integrity Engineer (07-0200)

Basic Purpose:
Responsible to manage Asset Integrity Management, RBI (Risk Based Inspection) program and develop inspection manual/procedures. Ensuring that technical integrity of all topside equipment/piping and sub sea structures including pipeline, are managed properly in accordance to codes, company standards and regulations

Qualification and Experiences:
·         Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
·    Minimum 10 years experiences in the oil and gas or related industries including experience with asset integrity management, Risk Based Inspection and Risk Assessment Analysis
·         Good understanding and know how of welding, corrosion, inspection and NDT technology
·      Familiar with the relevant API, ASME, AWS, NACE, BS, other related standards and ABS, MIGAS, BP MIGAS and other government regulations
·         Strong computer literate, leadership skill and fluent in English both writing and speaking

Production Chemist/Chemist Engineer (07-0109)

Main Responsibilities
·      To optimize chemical usage without impacting on quality of oil, gas, produced water and emissions to the environment
·     To ensure effective corrosion mitigation measures are in place for all stationary and pressure containing equipment
·         To ensure laboratory operations function effectively to an auditable standard such as NATA or similar
·         General Production chemistry services to support efficient production of oil and gas wells

Qualifications and experience
·         Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
·         Has working knowledge of offshore operations, engineering and all related matters e.g. equipment, materials procedures, safety, etc.
·         Have hands-on experience in managing oilfield chemicals and corrosion matters
·         Strong in surface production operation engineering skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills
·         Strong computer literate
·         Self motivated
·         Fluent in English both writing and speaking
·         10 years plus experience

Desirable:
·         Strong organization skills
·         Strong prioritization abilities
·       Good understanding of predictive maintenance methods including UT & corrosion monitoring, show history of innovative solutions to chronic corrosion and wear problems

Senior Petroleum Engineer (07-0113)

Main Responsibilities
·         Work within a multi-disciplinary environment to provide engineering input to the exploration and development assets within the companies operate and non-operated licenses
·     Responsible for the monitoring of the operated field well / reservoir performance on a daily and monthly basis. Work in close conjunction with the production department to make recommendations to department heads for the necessary operations to optimize / maximize field production.
·        Plan and conduct static and dynamic analyses of reservoir performance and seek ways to optimize that performance.
·    Responsible for the generation of field reserves and production profiles to meet BU and corporate requirements Provide input into weekly / monthly production reporting for BU, corporate and JV purposes.
·    Perform ad-hoc evaluations of reservoir / fields that the company is evaluating the potential purchase/ divestment.
·       Independently conduct and initiate reservoir engineering studies to identify and realize business opportunities that optimize / maximize the value of Premier Oil Indonesia's oil and gas fields. Assist in the development of long term development plans for the companies assets
·         Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders including joint venture partners and government representatives.
·         Prepare comprehensive documentation of all major work and studies undertaken.

Qualifications and experience
·         University degree in engineering, with a higher degree in Petroleum Engineering a distinct advantage.
·       10-15 years relevant working experience, a substantial period being with an operator and/or at producing facilities
·         Experienced in well test and decline curve analysis
·         Experienced in production forecasting and optimization and reserves estimation
·         Extensive experience in industry software including FORGAS, PROSPER, MBAL, GAP, OFM and SAPHIR
·         Self motivated with a proven record of achieving targets
·         Fluent in written and spoken English

Senior Cost & Schedule Engineer (07-0141)

Main Responsibilities
·         Develop project master schedules and assist in the development of long term development schedules.
·         Develop detailed internal project schedules and supervise contractor's development of project schedules and reporting systems.
·         Develop project cost estimates and budgets.
·         Implement project cost control systems compatible with company requirements. Supervise implementation of contractor's cost reporting systems.
·         Compile all project reports internal, corporate and governmental.
·       Ensure that all contracts and tender documents have adequate mechanisms and safeguards in place to track report and control schedule and cost expenditure. Ensure that project targets are accurately incorporated into contracts.
·         Assist in the systematic evaluation of tender packages and recommendation of successful bidders.
·    Attend regular planning and project management meetings between Premier technical and commercial sections within the project team and other technical and commercial meetings with Contractors where Premier interests have to be secured.
·      Ensure that all changes to budgets or schedule are recorded and agreed through the appropriate internal and external control systems and reported.
·      Compile accurate forecast of contract costs, schedules and accruals for internal distribution within the company.
·         Compile AFE submissions for Partner and BPMigas Approval

Qualifications and experience
Have minimum 10 to 15 years work experience in depth work in oil and gas industry and previous experience in major oil & gas EPCI project execution.
·         Bachelor degree in Management, or Engineering
·         Must have a good and effective communication in written and spoken English.
·    Must have extensive knowledge of project control systems and procedures particularly related to high value offshore oil and gas developments.
·         Must have proven experience in preparing cost estimates and schedules for high value offshore oil and gas developments.
·         Must be self-starter who can plan and work independently and must be conscientious.

Senior Project Engineer (07-0142)

Main Responsibilities
·         Ensure that all activities conducted by Project Team comply with company, BPMigas, Migas and Government regulations
·         Coordinate with Production Department to establish future support requirements for project assistance
·         Assist in the technical basis of design for projects, liaising with all departments in the company.
·         Assist in preparing technical and commercial justifications for projects.
·         Assist in guiding projects through the government regulations including the BPMigas approvals process.
·         Assist in establishing tender and execution plans for projects.
·         Assist in ensuring that project tender processes and purchasing procedures follow government and company regulation
·         Prepare work scopes monitor the tender process and place service orders within responsibility
·         Liaise with BPMigas and Migas with regard to routine project updates, activity co-ordination and funding approval to support the project team
·         Provide support, guidance and training to all national members of Project Team for their career development and to enhance their knowledge and technical skill
·         Attending regular progress review meetings with the project team and contractors
·         Assist the Chief Project Engineer as required on major projects and act as the Chief Project Engineer as required.
·         Act as sole Project Engineer for small discrete projects as directed by Project Manager.
·         Perform non-routine tasks and attend such meetings as directed from time to time by the Projects Manager or as opportunity presents in ordered to meet Company objectives. Ensure that he and all other relevant managers and employees are kept informed of all major opportunities, developments or problems that will impact upon the Business.
·         Ensures that all business activities conducted personally and by subordinate complies with the highest ethical standards and all legal and Company requirements.

Qualifications and experience
·         11- 15 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry
·         Have at least 5 years proven knowledge and experience of working in a supervisory role as a senior project engineer in the design and construction of offshore oil and gas platforms
·         Have at least 2 years experience of presenting projects to government authorities, particularly BPMigas, for technical and commercial approval.
·         University degree in engineering
·         Have high degree of proven knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry especially in offshore platform design and construction
·         Have proven supervisory skills
·         Posses a high degree of knowledge and experience in Indonesian Government regulations
·         Have excellent communication skills
·         Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Maintenance Engineer (07-0198)

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects relating to maintenance of rotating equipment, including spare parts requisition and ongoing maintenance as well as being a technical resource for the wider Production Operations Group

Qualification and Experiences:
·         Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
·         Specific mechanical equipment post graduate short course training
·         Minimum of seven years relevant industry in maintenance mechanical experience at least three of which should be oil & gas specific
·         Solid condition monitoring experience including lube oil analysis, vibration monitoring and data analysis
·         First rate technical skills with a broad range of machine knowledge including gas turbine drivers, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gas and liquid fuel driven engines. Mechanical properties of steel and material selection for the correct service.
·         Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities
·         Quality written and oral skill in English
·         Computer literacy skills
·         Ability to work with diverse group of people ranging from technical staff to on site operations staff
·         Strong organizational skills
·         Strong prioritization skills
·         7 – 10 years industry experience

Senior Telecoms Engineer (07-0453)

Main Responsibilities

·   Provide coordination and control of all contractors and contracts concerned with the telecommunication system of the company

·         Provide technical support and back-up to all departments in respect to their telecommunications requirements within the company's guidelines

·         Responsible to the company and BPMIGAS regarding telecommunication status and activities

·      Responsible for ensuring that all budget and invoicing for the company's telecommunications requirements are covered as per the company's guidelines

·         Ensure that all telecommunications activities within the company Facilities are conducted and comply with all legal and Company requirements.

·         Performance of routine and non-routine task and attendance of such meetings as directed by the Senior Instrument/Controls Engineer or as required in order to meet Company objectives. Ensure that all relevant managers and staff are kept informed of all major telecommunications opportunities, developments, problems or potential problems which could or might impact upon the business.

Qualifications and experience

·         Have minimum 10 years work experience in maintaining and operating telecommunication systems

·         Experience in the telecommunications requirements of the oil and gas industry is preferable

·         University degree (or equivalent) majoring in telecommunication

·         Have knowledge and experience of electronic and telecommunication system design

·         Experience in all aspects of telecommunication equipment

·         Experienced in all aspects computer/data communication systems

·         Fluent in English both written and oral
