Our Client, a multinational food services for oil and gas industries is currently looking for:
FINANCE MANAGER (FM)
Responsibilities:
· Leading a team in ensuring all day to day Finance and IT functions of the company are run in a smooth and efficient manner.
· Overseeing monthly payroll ensuring all salaried related payments are made before their dues dates
· Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly management accounts and reports
· Monitoring the company's cash flow
· Assisting in yearly budget formulation
· Overseeing yearly audits
· Close supervision of the Accounts Payable
· Close supervision and monitoring of Accounts Receivable ensuring credit control and monthly collection targets are met.
· Liaising with bankers, financial institutions, lawyers, auditors, tax agents, governmental agencies, suppliers as well as the company secretary on all company related matters
Requirements:
· Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting
· Must possess sound understanding of accounting and Indonesian accounting laws
· 6 to 10 years work experience, preferably in a manufacturing based industry
· Knowledge of Accounting Software
· Excellent written and communication skills in English & B.Indonesia
· Good computer skills in Excel
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
