Our Clients, Pharmacy and Health Care Company require:

General Manager (Code: GMC)
Requirements:

* Male/Female, Chinese preferable, 30 - 45 years old
* Fluent in English spoken and written, Mandarin is advantage
* Degree/ Masters in Business/ Management/ Biotechnology. MBA advantageous.
* 5/ more years of relevant experience in the field of business/ operations/ sales management within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry preferred.
* Sales team management and profit and loss responsibility.
* Previous experience of laboratory operations would be advantageous.
* Leadership and managerial skills.
* Good organization and planning abilities.
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities in a diverse community.
* Knowledge of local and regional regulatory and ethical processes and practices, as applied to tissue banking and stem cell technology.
* Understanding of developing technological, regulatory, and environmental issues and trends in tissue banking and stem cell technology.
* Skill in budget preparation and financial management.
* Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
* Employee development and performance management skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of all facets of blood banking operations.
* Knowledge of stem cell technology and processes.
* Provide leadership and expand the cord blood banking business in Indonesia to ensure that strategic goals and revenue target agreed in conjunction with the Board are achieved.
* Increase sales and profitability
* Manage team performance and management reporting
* Oversight of business development of the blood banking business in major cities outside of Jakarta (both Java and Sumatra)
* Oversight of laboratory operations.
