Required Skills:
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the organization's web-based client/server software applications.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of other development-related tasks.Though this position works under general supervision, a high degree of creativity and latitude is required, and the associate must be highly motivated.Strong analytical skills and ability to solve practical problems while working through a variety of concrete and abstract variables.Established technical skills, particularly in the areas of Microsoft .NET, Active Server Pages (ASP), SQL Server 2000/2005, Javascript, Visual Studio 2005 (VS) and Visual Source Safe 2005(VSS).Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, plus 3-10 years of overall experience in the field OR equivalent combination of education and experience required.Experience with database administration, and XML or data transfer-related projects preferred.Experience migrating applications from Classic ASP to .NET framework is a plus.Experience with the interrelationships between ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET and Microsoft Office applications is also a plus.
