FINANCE CONTROLLER (FM – 060108)
The incumbent is responsible in assisting commercial organization by
providing sound financial information/back-up; ensure high level of
the planning and actual reporting; ensure controls are in place
especially with regard to Code of Conduct; review monthly financial
reports (profit and loss and balance sheet) and cost center
information; support the external and internal audit process;
consolidate, prepare and review all necessary information for planning
process and all the planning schedules; support the General Manager in
the plan/update review; analyze and comment on the variance between
actual and benchmark as requested by Region/Area HQ; provide sound
financial advise to General Manager; prepare profitability and
investment analysis for commercial organization to make sound
investment decision.
The incumbent will report to Finance Director
Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:
·At least 3 years experience in Big "4" Accounting firm and 3 years in
MNC trading or manufacturing company.
·Ability to interact with Senior Management team, both local and of
Parent Company abroad.
·Should have a working knowledge of financial planning processes.
·Good understanding of Indonesia GAAP.
·Working knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws as well as
commercial laws and their application.
·Should be computer savvy with good command on using Common Business
application software, like: BPCS, SAP, etc.
·Good command of English language.
Personality Requirement:
·Good communicator and a strong leader.
·Ability to motivate subordinates and ensure their growth and development.
·Output and productivity focus.
·Ability to handle disagreements / alternate views and display
strength of character by standing up to beliefs.
·Team player.
·Commercially astute able to ensure organization interest is always protected.
·Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build relationship with
external customers.
·High energy, self-starter and business focus with high integrity.
Education Requirement:
·Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. CPA or Master Degree is preferable.
