Executive Secretary (Temporary)
Purpose of Role:
· To provide secretarial and administration support to Country General Manager in handling incoming/outgoing calls/correspondence, making arrangements and appointments, and managing office routine to ensure that CGM's job functions are carried out effectively.
Qualifications:
· Min Diploma 3 degree, with min 2 years experience in similar function in multinational company especially service industry
· Excellent in English and administration skills
· Excellent in MS Office (word processing, spreadsheet, internet and presentation software programs)
· Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
· Having strong confidence to liaise with the top management
