Key accountabilities:
* To expand the business by optimizing sales in number and quality
* To grow sales teams with continuos development
* To coordinate and lead sales teams in achieving targets
Job holder specifications:
* Professional Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor (preferable
from sales background in financial institution)
* Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
o Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with
minimum GPA 2.75
o Age between 25 - 35 years old
o Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skill
o Having strong relationships and wide networking
o Good sense of business
