The position
Sales - ASM Sumatra Barat – Sumatra Utara
The Job:
This position supports the Sales Department in analyzing, developing business in the area of responsibility, controlling salesman / Distributors Operation to achieve sales target including developing and coaching subordinates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ø University degree (S1) from reputable university. Preferably from Economic.
Ø Strong Knowledge in Sales Management & Distribution, including Salesmanship & Leadership skills
Ø Computer skill Excel, Word, Power Point & Internet ( especially Network Sales System )
Ø Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisory level in MNC FMCG in sales area with similar role / and 2 years as Area Sales Manager
Ø Result oriented, diligent, trustworthy, adaptable & flexible.
Ø Fluent in the English Language
Ø Preferably applicant residence in Medan.
