EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR SMALL BOUTIQUE RESIDENCE
Requirement :
Male or Female
Experience min 8 years in hotel hospitality industry
Very strong in Guest Relations, Front Office and Housekeeping, Managing
People to ensure productivity, other department skills would be an advantage
Service orientated, not afraid to multi task, of being hands on and working
on your own or as part of a team, able to think outside the box and go the
extra mile for the clients and staff.
Boutique hotel experience would be advantageous and attention to detail is a
must.
Spoken and Written English & Bahasa is a must. Other languages would be
advantageous
This position would suit a young (or young at heart) energetic and dynamic
individual who 'dares to be different' and is not afraid to work until the
job gets done. This is not a corporate 9-5 hotel position and is more about
climbing the Alila Hotels & Resorts ladder rather than salary.
