following challenging position.
*ADMIN SECRETARY *(Jakarta Based)
*Responsibility:*
- To assist in planning and executing meeting and co-ordination
- To provide proactive and administrative support to management
- To assist project execution and document control
*Requirements:*
- Preferably diploma and above
- Min. 3 years experience in secreatrial work or project and with
basic accounting knowledge
- Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, spontaneous and responsible
- Organized, keen and fast learner with a positive attitude and
teamwork
- Proficiency with MS office including MS project/access
- Experience in the offshore and marine industry will be an advantage
- Based in Jakarta
