GENERAL AFFAIRS & FORMALITIES OFFICER
Requirement :
* Preferable Bachelor Degree from any discipline
* Min 2 years experience as general affairs & formalities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Computer literate & English profiency
Responsibilities :
* Administration for company fixed assets, office stationers/supplies,
* Supervise administration helper, massengger/office boys, fax operator & driver.
* Business travel arrangement.
* Familiar with government & immigration regulation.
* Good experience in handling documentation for expatriates such as Visa, passport, SKLD, RPTKA, SKPPS, SKTT, KITAS, MERP, etc
* Good knowledge in company licences (such as TDP, SIUP/IUT, etc)
