TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Requirement:
* Male, Min. 28 years of age
* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related discipline
* Hands-on experience as a Trainer min 3 years
* Well groomed with pleasant personality
* Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
* Good verbal and written English
* Preferably experiences in a Multilevel Marketing Company
Responsibilities:
* Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
* Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs
* Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
* Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level
* Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
