- Good computer skills
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Senior Proposal & Cost Estimator
S1/S2 Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 year experience as Senior Proposal & Cost Estimator in road and
bridge construction, especially in preparing pre-qualification document and
tender including cost estimation
- Good computer skills
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
