HR & GA Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
-S1 from reputable university majoring in Human Resources Management
or Psychology or Law;
-Minimum 3 years working experience in similar area;
-Must be able to payroll system, income tax (Pph21), Jamsostek and
overtime calculation;
-Understand / familiar with Labor / employment Law and or
Government Labor Regulations
-Must be able in Psychological Test, interpretations and have good
interviewing skills;
-All Human Resources related issues;
-Must have excellent employee relations or a pleasant personality,
energetic, proactive, good work integrity to keep the company needs
and objective as priority goal;
-Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications;
-Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English
language;
-Good interpersonal skill, hardworking & high initiative;
-Have a good health and a pleasant appearance
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting from reputable
University.
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting for the
business, including : Prepare and manage cash flow forecasting,
planning, & budgeting, Manage and control full spectrum of
accounting transaction including AR / AP and bank reconciliation,
Experience in Taxation (Especially in Tax Planning and Tax Audit),
Inventory control and audit reports.
• Responsible to Develop accounting and management policies
and procedures
• Have good analyzing skill on Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and result oriented
• Able to work in fast paced environment and be a team
player with strong leadership skills, proactive, committed and
independent personality
• Having good organization & management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling Accounting &
Finance, 2 years in supervisory/ management level.
Secretary
Requirements :
• Female, with age between 23 to 30 years old;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Secretary;
• Proficiency in English both oral and written is a MUST;
• Computer literate on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,
Excel) internet, and correspondences;
• Having good manner, pleasant personality, high
initiative, and willing to work under pressures;
• Good looking and attractive;
Accounting Staff
* Requirement :
> Male, with age between 23 to 27 years old;
> Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting;
> Minimum 2 years of experience, English literate (fair);
> Good appearance and personalities;
> Computer literate on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
internet;
> Familiar with A/R and A/P reporting, Tax;
> Domicile in south Jakarta area is preferable;
