Events and Management Trainee Program Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of the AXA Indonesia management
trainee program
Responsible for organizing AXA Indonesia's Employee Engagement events
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human
Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in HR Development with
extensive experience in organizing company events.
Sound understanding of recruitment and career management activities
and programs.
Able to lead a team of people from various departments within the
company for the organization events.
Able to organize several events simultaneously.
Able to work under pressure.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence
status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
