Description:
Analyze client current condition from business process and its industry trend perspective. Lead the software implementation process .Create presentation material and blue prints for solution based on user requirement. Providing functional knowledge and business process expertise in at least one of the following business function; Finance, Accounting, Distribution, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, HR and Payroll.
 
Qualification:
•        Minimum one full cycle implementation experience in any enterprise software solution such as JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Axapta, etc.
•        Ability to work well with others and independently with minimum supervision.
•        Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•        Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively in a demanding environment.
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written supported by a high-level of integrity.
•        Must be willing to take initiative, be creative and be self-motivated while being adaptable to change.
•        Ability to manage multiple commitments and responsibilities
•        Document current practices, perform process analysis, development, testing and complete user documentation
