Specific duties responsibilities :
1. Assist HR Manager to operating payroll system and income tax, JAMSOSTEK also.
2. Ensure salary payment and attendance result should be on time in the head office and all site,
3. Attendance control in the Head Office & Site
4. Salary scale monitoring
Requirements:
* Female, max. 35 years old
* Min. Diploma degree from any discipline, Preferred accounting
* Min. 3 years experience
* Energetic, intelligent and quick-thinking, honest, strong interpersonal ability, smart
* Excellent in Microsoft Office and correspondence
* Good in English, both written and oral
* Self-started and able to work well independently or in a team
* Able to work under pressure and fast changing working environment, ready to travel if necessary
