operations, we are looking for the services of a below position and
will be placed in Jakarta office
Responsibilities:
Provides first level support and solutions to business units on
desktop setup, configurations, network infrastructure, office
equipments and sofware support.
Management of MIS functions which includes day-to-day management in
systems administration, network traffic, systems security, disaster
recovery, systems backup & maintenance.
Management of Telecom function includes day-to-day management in PABX
Phone System, System Attendance and Video Conference System.
Provides day-to-day operation support for Office Automation and
computer hardware.
Identifies the key areas of problems in the system and suggest system
enhancement as per the operational needs, together with user.
Works closely with the end user and customers to conduct users'
requirement study, user acceptance testing, and system implementation.
Liaises with distributors, vendor and contractors on sourcing IT
related product.
Conducts feasibility study on hardware & system sourcing and
evaluation.
Document of infrastructure setup, system administration and users'
training guide.
Requirements:
Min. D3 Information Technology.
Min. 1 year experience in similar position
Has experience with operating system, Network and Business
Application technology.
Has experience the EDI (maping, translation sofware and integration).
Technical aptitude MS SQL 2000/2005 database, Server (MS Windows
2000/2003), PC's (MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista), TCP/IP Topology, and
good knowledge of basic communications protocols.
