experiences and skills :
Corporate Secretary (CorpSec - MI)
.. Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree is preferred
.. 5 years experience as Corporate Secretary in public listed
company
.. Familiar with Bapepam , BEI, AEI, PRPM, BKPM regulation
.. Familiar with Japanese and Indonesian Law
.. Familiar with Industrial Relation and Public Relation
.. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese
.. Japanese citizens are encourage to apply
