Technical Sales Representative - Surabaya Based
RESPONSIBILITY
- Handling direct pulp & paper customer
- Manages daily activities such as routine service, reporting, problem solving, relationship development across the customer organization and program development
- Demonstrate aggressive selling skills – business strategy, market knowledge, ownership, organizational resource utilization to ensure over all customer satisfaction
- Effective value selling
- Understand and manage sales account profitability
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Pulp/Paper) or Chemistry graduate
- Experience / Background in Pulp & Paper or Chemical Industry
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English – oral & written
- Computer literate
- Ability to manage tough and complex sales accounts
