Currently one of our client, a holding company that run its
integrated business in Property, Hotel, Entertainment, Retail, Agro-
industry, Broadcasting, and also Educational Institution is seeking
for Human Resources Manager with this following specification:

Title: HRD Manager
Location: Southern Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Develop HR policies and procedures & HR Development Programs
Manage compensation and benefit package to be competitive against
industry and responsible for salary survey.
Manage Talent Review & Performance Appraisal administration
Manage career planning and development
Hiring key talent to ensure the best people are available at the
right time as required by customer and ensure that recruitment
process is in line with procedure
Ensure that HRIS/Personnel Administration is updated and well-
maintained. Ensure payroll process, insurance coverage and GA
function for all employees are well managed.
Conduct induction/orientation of new employees
Support Head of HR in reviewing and analysing HR structure to design
better organization and improve process
Continue to Lead Knowledge Management Implementation
Responsible in implementing QMS Quality Plan on training and
contribute to the achievement of QMS Gap Analysis
Responsible in conducting Country Spirit Leadership refreshment and
activities
Responsible in participating in HR AP Network and HR Matrix as a
measurement to improve HR process
Responsible in managing industrial relation matters

Requirements:
Degree in HR from a reputable university
Having 5-7 years HR experience in Hotel Industry (preferably)
Experience in Management & Organization Development
Preferably experience as an HR generalist, responsible for a business
unit
Strong communicative skills, high energy level and self starter
mentality
