ACCOUNT SUPPORT MANAGER

*) Scope :

- Be the single point of contact from customer,representing HP after
implementation periode.
- Meeting, presenting HP delivery achievement to customer
- Look for alternative to achieve operational goal
- Responsible for the whole offering from HP to customer that
includes helpdesk, desktop management, hardware support and
antivirus performance.
- Maintain good customer contact and relationship
- Responsible to deliver support within budget.


*) Measurements :
- Customer satisfaction with no complain from customer.
- Jobs performed (including all team) are within scope. No out of
scope job delivered without strong justification
- Good team work
- Timely reporting (SLA report, financial tracking report, customer
satisfaction report)


*) Requirements :
Experienced. 2 years minimum
Good communication skill (english and indonesia)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision


*) Others :
Location in Bandung
Salary expectation : 7 million per month gross
