Position: HELPDESK SUPPORT ( 1 Person )
1. Having Min Diploma Degree in Computer Science with GPA 3 on scale 4.0
2. Male, Max 28 years old
3. Fresh graduate with excellence result are welcome
4. Having knowledge about Server, PC, LAPTOP and peripheral (Installation,
Specification, Administrator, repaired and troubleshooting), Networking
(LAN,WAN), OS (VISTA, XP, 2000 Server and LINUX), Backup ( LTO )
5. Expert in Ms. Office ( Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
6. Expert to setting Email with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook
Express
7. Having knowledge basic Wireless, PABX (Panasonic, Nitsuko) and VOIP
8. Knowledge in Program Language preferable
9. Basic Electrical
10. Able to create and Manage to Documentation Hardware and Software License
11. Responsible, Fast learner and eager to help users
12. Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill (speaking
and written)
13. User satisfaction oriented
14. Hardworking, active, self confident and can work under pressure
15. Willing to work in a team and honest on the job
16. Having minimum 1-3 years experience in manufacturing company
