Our client, one of The Leading and Respectable Pharmaceutical Company in Indonesia, is currently looking for potential candidates for the following position;
 
HEAD OF MARKETING FAMILY PLANNING
 
The incumbent will be responsible to build profitable business for Family Planning unit, through strong marketing and sales strategies. Execute the strategies to achieve the set company¢s objective. The incumbent will report directly to Director of Family Planning. 
 
The candidate must display clear track records of successfully launching new product lines nationwide. The candidate should also display sound understanding of consumer sentiments, feedback methodology and the ability to manage changes with the view to improving market positioning of the company¢s products. The candidate is also expected to have strong working knowledge and contacts with relevant marketing media and channels in launching and brand building of the company¢s products
 
Marketing experience preferably in cigarettes or beer products. Experience in launching new product. Strong marketing and sales concept and implementation. Must have held manager position for at least 5 years.
 
 Requirements:
-      30 max 40 years
-      Bachelor degree from reputable university
-      Min 4 years related working experiences in consumer sector,
-      Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skill,
-      Excellent analytical skill and effective leader and coach
-      Fluent in English, both oral and written
 
An attractive remuneration package including medical, transportation, HP expenses and company car would be provided.
