- Has a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in shipping industry.
- Having at least 5 years experience in sales/marketing area in the shipping company/agency, in which 3 years experiences in managerial level.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Marine Sciences from a reputable University.
- Willingness to travel domestic and abroad.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
