- Minimum 8 years experience in related experience
Job description:
- Directing plant engineering strategy and equipment maintenance strategy / operation, technical infrastructure management, and occupational health and safety policy implementation
- Experienced in engineering, preventive maintenance and maintenance utilities equipment, such as boiler, genset, pumps, oven and cooling system, hoist, pneumatic equipment
- Directing workshop manager, maintenance manager, and safety manager
IV. Position:
1. Production Manager (Consumer Goods)
General skills and background:
- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Ms office
- Communicative in English
- Minimum 5 years experience in related experience
- Must have experience in the food industry
Job description:
- Heading production processes (noodles)
- Knowledge / experience of ERP preferred

Job description:
- Manage and lead the sales team, acting the role both of hunter (for new business) and farmer (to keep and grow existing business)
- To plan and execute business plan in Indonesia
- To develop relationship with new and existing customers and business partners
- To formulate and develop strategies for new and existing customers to achieve sales growth in Indonesia
- Responsible for preparing of proposals, co-ordinate tender submission etc
- Responsible for contract negotiation and follow up on closing
- Ensure on time delivery of equipment to customers
