1	Production Supervisor	Welding & Assembly	1 Person

The position will report to production Manager, Production Department

   Requirement  :

· Bachelor Degree min DIII in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering from reputable university.

· Have experience in the similar Position min. 2 years in(painting /welding process )

· Good knowledge of Tig, Mig/mag, and electrical welding, Have certificate will more advantage

· Male, 25 – 30 years old

· Fluent in English is a must (both written and oral)

· Understand and capable to implement iso 9001 :2004 and understand of iso ts16949 :2002 is more advantage

· Good manpower management skill, self motivated, high initiative & adabtability

· Good leadership, have experience with control and manage man power.

· Excellent knowledge in production system, planning & monitoring

· Preferred stay at nearby company (purwakarta , karawang)

· Understand and have experience in implementation of Total productive Maintenance System

· Understand and good knowledge of PLC system,Electrical Control and Wiring System, CNC machine will more advantage

· Understand and good knowledge of Tig, Mig/mag, and electrical process.

· Understand of how to maintain e of Tig, Mig/mag, and electrical welding machine.

· Ability to work under pressure and good team work.

· Understand and capable to implement iso 9001 :2004 and understand of iso ts16949 :2002 is more advantage

· Cooperative, self motivated ,high initiative and adaptability.

· Preferred stay at nearby company (purwakarta , karawang)

b. Have experience min. 2 years in related position special in automotive manufacture

c. Understand in welding process inspection and welding penetration

d. Male / Female , 20-26 years old

e. Understand and capable to implement ISO 9001 :2004 and understand of ISO ts16949 : 2002 more Advantage

g. Computer literate: excel, word and minitab application and autocad is more advantage

f. Preferred stay at nearby company (purwakarta , karawang)
