2- PLANTATION CONTROLLER
Expatriate
(preferably Malaysian or Thai citizen), Candidate will be responsible for wide
spectrum of palm oil plantation management activities ranging from land
analysis for new planting, nursery management, management specialty terracing
for mechanization, integrated pest control, irrigation practices, and
conservation and land improvement.
Some Occupation Specific
Tasks:
* Analyze land condition to design estates for oil palm plantation.
* Manage nurseries, plantation upkeep and fertilizer recommendation
* Define agronomic practices and policies for workers activities such as planting, irrigation, chemical application (for fertilizer and disease control), and harvesting.
* Implement Plantation Production Control System.
* Responsible for Information System and Administration Management for the Plantation.
* Prepare operational reports.
* Enforce applicable safety regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
* At least 14 year (s) of working experience in Palm Oil Industry with minimum 7 years at managerial level (preferably as Estate Manager or Regional Controller)
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong in operational and leadership skills.
* Proficient in English.
* Preferably senior management/general manager/ceo/
* Male, 40-50 years old.
Candidate must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
3- GENERAL MANAGER FORESTRY
Expatriate (Preferably Malaysian, Thai Citizen) Candidate will be
responsible for managing a forest area as an economically viable enterprise or
social community area with due regard for the protection of the forest
environment. The initial focus will be on establishing the plantation and
subsequent harvesting, monitoring performance, providing leadership and
coordination to human resources and manage the balance between various issues
associated with woodland areas, such as commercial interests, biodiversity,
landscape and public access.
Some Occupation Specific Tasks:
* Meeting legal and administrative requirements of the Provincial governments, business and region.
* Managing relationships between the company, the community and environmental impact.
* Ensuring all safety methods and procedures are in place.
* Developing effective teams and organizational structures to maximize business performance and employee satisfaction.
* Developing forestry management system, including technical and human resource systems.
Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry or equivalent.
* At least 10 year (s) of working experience in Forest Industry with minimum 5 years at managerial level.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong in operational and leadership skills.
* Proficient in English.
* Preferably senior management/general manager/ceo/
* Male, 35-45 years old.
* Candidate must be willing to travel extensively.
4- ENGLISH TEACHER,
SPORT TEACHER & ARTS TEACHER
· Indonesian or expatriate (with KITAS is preferable)
· Male or Female, 35 years old and below (single preferable)
· Earn at least Bachelor Degree in education or related subject
· Has minimum of three – years teaching experience
· Fluent in English, both oral and written.
· Familiar with common computer programs.
· Must be creative and take active learning method as habit
· For sport teacher, must be good in at least 5 kind of sport
(soccer, basketball, swimming, volleyball is a must)
· For art teacher preferably with interior, multimedia fashion, art
n craft and decoration ability
· Responsible, highly motivated, fast learner and dedicated
· Can teach more than one subject more in favor.
· Willing to be located in
Bandar Lampung
