COORDINATOR HRD

Requirements :

Male/Female, Max 28 years old
Bachelor Degree in any disciplines, Human resources management & psychology is an advantage
Has 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources
Has excellent experience on compensation & benefit is a Must
Has excellent knowledge on man power regulation law 13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial relation dispute
Good English proficiency and computer literacy is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skill

Be a team player but able to work independently and to work well in under pressure working environment
