We have following requirement:
Designation: - Sr. Data base Developer/ Data Analyst cum DBA (For
SQL
Server) (Code: SrDBA)
Experience required: More than 3yrs
• Analyzing and reporting on Call Centre data - exporting,
compiling and manipulating data and summarizing results in various
formats, as well as providing recommendations based on data analysis
• Preparing surveys, calculating benchmarks, and ad hoc
analysis projects
• Providing analytical support for numerous servers
• Collaborating with the Personnel Analysis team on projects
and key tasks. Reporting results to management, including Firm
partners
• Work with users and IS management in loading and
understanding data and data flows.
• Perform complex data application support, problem
determination and troubleshooting tasks
• Creating Procedures, Functions, Jobs and Triggers based on
the Client requirements.
