Able to handle customer's complaint & co-ordinate solutions through
Able to provide excellent customer service by responding to customers timely
Able to provide supports to projects, sales & marketing, global
account & logistics to achieve maximum workflow efficiency for
division & company
Able to operate computer, english/mandarin literate
Must be honest, responsible, willing to work hard.
