To ensure that the ALL work within the company and associated Projects
are carried out as per Specifications.
To create a quality culture among the people for all divisions within
the company.
To maintain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000. / ISO
14001: 2004 / OHSAS 18001:1999
Responsibilities:
X Identify the project specifications, standards requirements and preparing check list.
X Inspecting work shop facilities & project sites w. r. t.checklist and initiation of corrective action.
X Inspecting Installation of Equipments.
X Initiating necessary corrective/ preventive actions
X Follow up for closure of identified corrective/ preventive actions.
X Submitting a report to concerned managers with cc to GM and MR.
X Create ISO awareness among all personnel.
X Responsible for/ coordinate all the MR activities with respect to ISO 9001:2000 / ISO 14001: 2004 / OHSAS 18001: 1999
X Control of Document V Manual, Procedures, work instructions and standards for departments of company
X Ensure the control of Drawings.
X Plan coordinate and organize internal audits
X
Facilitate Department heads in identifying the root cause and
corrective action for Internal audit NCR and also Customer complaint
CAR.
X Coordinating and conducting branch Management Review.
X Action on MRM.
X Monthly score cards and report
X Periodically report to MR regarding the status of QMS and Quality
within the company
Financial Authority: N/A
Key Tasks:
1. Periodical Visits of Sites and reporting.
2. Effective follows up and closure of Internal/ external findings.
3. Improving overall awareness of Quality.
4. Effective and periodic internal audit.
5. Successful External/ Corporate audits.
6. Review of tender requirements in terms of documentation and
compliance with all divisions of the company
