Project Manager

Job Requirement

· The candidate must have a degree in computer science or equivalent

· The candidate must have 5 - 8 years experience in technologies relating to Internet & e-Business

· The candidate should have at least 3 years experience in project management

· The candidate must have a hands-on SDLC experience in implementing large-scale e-Government project.

· The candidate must have hands-on experience in analysis and design using UML.

· The candidate should be proficient in creating use-cases, user experience modeling. Use case realization with class/sequence diagrams

· The candidate should have strong leadership and negotiation skills

· The candidate must be analytical, detailed and systematic

· The candidate preferably should be CITPM or PMP certified

· The nature of the project requires the candidate to be Singaporean

Job Description

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Operations
The candidate will be in-charge of all the maintenance projects undertaken by the maintenance team
The candidate will lead a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
The candidate will interact effectively with users at all levels, manage resources and ensure timely project completion
The candidate will provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the management team
The candidate will assist in tender activities wherever requires
The candidate will coordinate and manage multi-million dollar e-Government/Healthcare project
