System Analyst (Technical Lead) Job Responsibilities: The position will be reporting to the Project Manager. As a Systems Analyst, he will understand and translate requirements to technical designs based on established standards and best practices. He will perform System Integrator role in the project. He will be in-charge of the in-house development/testing environment and source code control. He will be involved in development, coding, trouble-shooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the application where necessary. He will lead and mentor the team members. He will work as part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives. He will create a Positive Team Environment and coordinate work efforts of each team members in a cohesive fashion.
