Legal Manager    (LM - AIO)

 

Requirements

•    Male /Female, max 40 years old

·         Min S1 graduate from Legal Faculty

·         Have the relevant experience as Legal Manager, they who have the experience at legal Consultant are preferable

·         Have the experience in handling agreement review, contracts, license, corporate documentations, lawsuits and disputes

 

Main Responsibility

  • Acting as a Corporate Legal, responsible to file all company legal documents, to assist management in handling certain corporate legal issues, to be a liaison between company and law offices, to inform management with regard to the most updated prevailing regulations;
  • Maintaining good relationship with manpower Dept. people, BKPM, Jamsostek, Insurance company and other related local government institution;
  • Handling and managing Industrial Relation issues, Managing harmonious relationship with Labor Union Committee, Government Network, Good Corporate Governance implementation (monitoring general HR practice), monitoring the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), handling grievance procedure, community relation program & issues;
