Main Responsibility
Manages the Application, tuning database and Customization Team, to fulfill the clients' requirements into particular development specification and submit the projects as per quality standard.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Master Degree is preferred.
Good communication English is a must (Speaking & Writing).
Linux/Unix knowledge
Minimum 4 years experience in telecommunication industry
Knowledge in various programming languages, with minimum requirements of C, C++, VB, Java and Assembly.
Strong analytical thinking, leadership & interpersonal skill.
Familiar with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design, ERD and UML.
Knowledge of installation and configuration of Oracle Database, RAC, Dataguard, PL/SQL syntax, Having certification of OCA/OCP is beneficial.
Understand Datawarehouse, BI Concept and Datawarehouse tools such as Data Stage and Informatica.
Strong experience with system development methodology, IT project management and business process improvement.
