Job Description/ Requirement Position Summary



To design, produce and maintain high usability User Interface code that is relevant to user and target customer behavior, so as to improve user efficiency and high customer retention respectively.



Key Accountability Areas



· To design and develop mock up sites to customers so as to help ensure our clients has the confidence in our ability to achieve their commercial goals.

· To be able to apply human metaphoric to Interface Design and develop UI wireframes to ensure relevant and user-friendly operational usage of user interfaces.

· To maintain and continuously improve UI design and code to ensure smooth operation of User Interfaces.



Job Responsibilities



· To be able to understand briefing, design direction & communication objectives and put into prototype designs and storyboard.

· To collaborate with developers and analyst to provide user interfaces for new and existing functionality

· To assist scrum masters in project timeline estimation to predict accurate delivery of deliverables.

· To keep up to date with new technologies and sports betting market trends and how they could be implemented to enhance or improve our products

Education & Experience



A university or technical school degree in design, architectural or a similar field of study
Minimum 2 years of related working experience preferably with an Sportsbook and gaming Industry background.
Experience in Human Communication Interaction (HCI) design
Experience in screen design for Desktop, Web base and Mobile applications.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities



To be able to think out of box and work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in applications such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Expression Blend and Photoshop.
Very good understanding in User preferences and Colour concept.
Good understanding of Silverlight, .Net , Ajax, Windows Presentation Framework and JavaScript are an added bonus.
Must be self-motivated, good communicator, comfortable with following direction, thrive on multidisciplinary teams, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines.
Independent, meticulous and an eye for details.
Exceptional design talents with stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to diverse subject matter from product interaction to software tools and applications to the web.
